We want you to love your Critical Role apparel and gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
